Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cube Jump Online handles information when you use the Cube Jump Online website and Android app. The app is operated by the Cube Jump Online developer. For privacy questions, contact cubejump.app@gmail.com.
Information Stored On Your Device
Cube Jump Online stores gameplay preferences locally on your device or browser, such as scores, cube balance, selected character, selected background and effects, language, tutorial state, local purchase or entitlement cache, and temporary room session data. This data is used to make the game work, restore your preferences, and keep gameplay state between sessions.
Online Multiplayer
When you use online rooms, Cube Jump Online processes room codes, display names you enter, player state, gameplay events, WebSocket connection data, and temporary session tokens. This information is used to create rooms, join rooms, synchronize gameplay, reconnect sessions, and prevent basic abuse.
If chat or room messages are available, messages may be logged by the server for operations, moderation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Purchases And Entitlements
The Android app may use Google Play Billing for one-time pet skin purchases. Google Play handles the payment flow. Cube Jump Online may process product IDs, purchase tokens, purchase state, and entitlement records so purchases can be verified, restored, acknowledged, and protected from abuse. For web purchases where available, the game may process order IDs, provider payment IDs, entitlement records, and the account/session information needed to grant the purchased item.
Age Signals And Online Safety
On Android, Cube Jump Online may use Google Play Age Signals where Google Play makes those signals available under applicable law. These signals can include age verification or supervision status, an age range for supervised accounts, and parental approval status for significant changes. Cube Jump Online uses these signals only to provide age-appropriate experiences and legal compliance, such as temporarily limiting online rooms or chat when parental approval is pending, denied, or age status must be resolved in Google Play. These signals are not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics.
No Advertising
Cube Jump Online does not request or display web or Android advertising. The website does not load Google AdSense, and the Android app does not include Google AdMob, the Android Advertising ID permission, or an advertising consent SDK. Existing reward buttons remain part of the game interface and grant their in-game reward directly without contacting an advertising provider.
Data Sharing
Cube Jump Online does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the game, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, online room services, and server logging; Google for Google Play Billing, Android platform services, and Play Console reporting; and payment or commerce providers where a web purchase option is made available.
Types Of Data That May Be Processed
Depending on the feature used, Cube Jump Online may process app activity, app performance and diagnostics, device or other identifiers, approximate network-derived location, display names, chat or user-generated messages, gameplay state, Google Play age or supervision signals where applicable, purchase history or entitlement records, and support contact information you send to us. Data is used for app functionality, analytics, fraud prevention, security, moderation, troubleshooting, purchase verification, and legal compliance. Google Play age signals are used only for age-appropriate experience and compliance decisions.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the browser/app storage or uninstall the app. Server-side online room data is retained only as needed for gameplay, operations, moderation, abuse prevention, debugging, and legal compliance.
To request deletion of server-side data associated with information you provided, contact cubejump.app@gmail.com. Some data may not be recoverable to a specific user if it was not tied to an account or persistent identifier.
Children And Families
Cube Jump Online is a general-audience arcade game and is not directed to children under 13. Children should use Cube Jump Online with a parent or guardian where required by local law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a way that requires parental consent, we will take steps to delete it or obtain the required consent.
Security
Cube Jump Online uses HTTPS for the website and online services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but reasonable measures are used to protect game services and data.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated when Cube Jump Online changes features, data handling, service providers, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
